Delivery and Shipping Procedures (Products) -

 

Orders for domestic customers are only delivered by authorized domestic courier services or fast post. Orders are dispatched within 10 working days of the order confirmation date or on the delivery date specified at that time, depending on the courier company or post office policies. Agrawal's Food Zone only promises to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days of the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, and is not responsible for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities. All orders will only ever be delivered to the buyer's registered address as listed on their credit or debit card (Unless specified at the time of order). Any damage to the order, while it is being delivered to the buyer, is not the responsibility of Agrawal's Food Zone. It is a source of pride for Agrawals Food Zone to employ quick, simple, and secure payment channels. Every major credit card is accepted.

1. Our services will be delivered to the email address you provided on registration, with a confirmation message. You can email us at mayank618814@gmail.com or call our helpdesk at +919687618814 (Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM) if you have any problems using our logistic services.

2. Please take note that you must pick up from your local courier center if our courier service is not available in your area. 


3. Order will be delivered within 2 to 7 days.

How to determine the delivery fee for products and multiple units

The weight of the item determines the shipping cost. The program calculates a single delivery fee based on the weight of all the units ordered when multiple items from the same category are ordered.

The delivery price for a consignment weighing more than 500g but less than one kg is thus applied to a client who orders three items weighing 200g, 250g, and 400g. For three different consignments that each weigh less than 500g, the customer is not billed.

Each product's delivery fee has the product's weight already factored in. At the time of payment, this will automatically be added to the cost of the goods.

 

Refund and Return Policy

1. We only accept refund or replacement requests if the product we send is damaged, the incorrect product was sent, the product is dead, or the product is defective. When purchasing a complete PC set, the buyer has four days from the time of delivery to notify us of any issues and request a replacement or refund. Buyers must notify us of the problem either by calling us or, preferably, by emailing us.

2. Returns and refunds are not valid if the product's seal has been broken and the item is not defective.

3. If any component or accessory is missing from the product packaging, the request for a replacement or refund will be canceled.

4. The product must be packaged properly, just as the buyer received it; tapes or glues should not be applied directly to the goods or to the product box as this may result in the cancellation of your return request.

5. All of the given accessories must be returned with the product and in the same condition as they were received.

6. Refunds for payments made using our payment gateway will be provided to the same account used to make the original transaction; for payments made by bank transfer and COD orders, refunds will only be sent to the buyer's bank account. It typically takes 15 to 20 working days for refunds to appear in your account
