Terms And Conditions

1. Please be aware that "agrawalsfoodzone.com" and its parent company Agrawal's Food Zone  are retailers and marketers, not producers.

2. I/We thus attest that the registration certificate issued to us in accordance with the Gujarat Sales Tax Act, 1969, is valid as of the date on which we sold the items listed in this bill, cash memo, or invoice in the ordinary course of our company.

3. The moment merchandise leaves our warehouse, our accountability ends.

4. We always attach a legitimate GST invoice to every product we offer for sale; we never do so. If you want your company's GST number to appear on the invoice, please let us know in the comment section during the ordering process. You will also need to supply the three pages of your company's GST certificate for GST invoices.

5. If an order is canceled by the customer before shipping, a convenience fee of 2% will be removed; if the order is canceled after shipping, a fee of 5% will be applied. If the buyer wants to change the order after it has been shipped, 3% will be taken off; there are no fees if the change is made before shipping. These fees will be subtracted from the amount of the refund. If the customer chooses a refund, it will start once we receive the item in the same condition as when it was shipped.

6. When you receive the package, please record a video of it being opened.

8. Any products obtained from us for any specialized use in an unusual environment, i.e., usage that is different from typical usage, shall be disclosed to us at the time of purchase; otherwise, the guarantee is void and null.

9. No Customer may absolve themselves of liability by claiming ignorance of the terms and conditions.

11. For "Dead on Arrival" products, the buyer must ensure that all of the product's parts and accessories are present in the box that it comes in; otherwise, the case won't be accepted as a DOA and will instead be handled as an RMA.

12. Physical damage, improper product handling, and tampering with warranty labels are not covered by the guarantee. Installation of every product we sell needs to be done by a skilled PC Hardware engineer.

13. If there are problems with prices or stock, agrawalsfoodzone.com has the right to cancel any orders.

14. Any issues relating to this sale contract must be decided solely by the court located in GODHRA.

RMA & WARRANTY TERMS:

1. We only offer carry-in warranties on every item we sell. To RMA a product that is outside the scope of our policy, the buyer must cover both sides of the shipping costs.

2. If your area is outside the brand's reach, your warranty service automatically switches to a carry-in service. On-Site warranties are only covered under the brand's reach.

3. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping of RMA products back to you, and our shipping service does not include insurance for such damage.

4. The terms "Direct Warranty" or "Manufacturer Warranty" indicates that the manufacturer or distributor is directly responsible for providing the warranty. We are not liable in any way, either legally or financially. Please get in touch with us if you run into any problems reclaiming your warranty.

5. Whenever there is a servicing issue with a product, we always ask the customer to send a copy of our invoice for warranty purposes.

6. Only items that are in acceptable physical condition will be considered for warranty repair or replacement once they have been sold.

7. In the aforementioned circumstances, products with cracked surfaces, burnt or broken pins, pen or pencil markings, missing or altered components, or damaged warranty stickers will be rejected and the warranty will be void.

8. The length of an RMA or warranty claim depends on the brand; do not blame us for any delays; we are only assisting you in getting your goods repaired or replaced.

9. The warranty clause is void for damage resulting from improper handling of equipment for any reason that results in product damage, such as ignorance, poor handling, electrical issues, etc., on the grounds that under normal circumstances there would not have been any product damage.

10. According to the manufacturer's warranty policy, the guarantee only covers manufacturing flaws. If the manufacturer has a nearby service facility, customers must go there immediately to file warranty claims and provide proof of purchase.

11. In accordance with manufacturer/supplier warranty policies, products covered by warranties will either be repaired or replaced.

12. Without accessories, manuals, software CDs or DVDs, or outside box packaging, we have the right to reject items submitted for warranty.

13. Manufacturers/distributors should be contacted directly for any service disputes or issues. We are not liable for any related litigation.

14. Warranty services will only be provided in cases where the full amount is paid on time.

15. This service (RMA / WARRANTY CLAIM) is not a guaranteed service that may be offered for life; rather, we provide it as a unique service to our clients who have trouble resolving warranty issues or who lack access to a nearby service facility. We have the right to terminate this service immediately and without warning.

16. Please be advised that recording when opening the package is required.
